Situated in Seminyak we love Cocoon for its location, simplicity, epic kids menu and laid back vibe

This could possibly be a favourite for us, but it is a quite drive depending on where you are coming from! Situated at Tegenungan Waterfalls, this isn’t just a day club it’s a day out. The view from this pool is breathtaking

Mrs Sippy - www.mrssippybali.com

We cant go to Bali without going to Mrs Sippy, an oldie but a GOLDIE!

Situated in Seminyak Mrs Sippy is home of the diving boards, where you kids can test their thrill level! Younger kids and toddlers have a perfect sandy shallow pool to play in, and for the mums and dads, the drinks are amazing, and the tunes are always good! Mrs Sippy is another day club done on minimum spend so if possible, book in advance to get the value day bed you want for the day.

Ku De Ta KUDETA | Restaurant, Beachclub & Bar

We love Ku De Ta at sunset, the pool is small but keeps the kids happy and the view is breathtaking. Another gem on the coast of Seminyak.

Flamingo Beach Club - flamingobeachclub.com

Flamingo is situated n Gianyar, so a great one to note if you are staying in that area. The vibe is great for kids and the kids foam parties are epic!

Byrd House Bali - www.byrdhousebali.com

A gem on the coast in Sanur! Slides are more suited to smaller children, but a great day out!

Canna Bali - cannabali.id

A hidden gem in Nusa Dua! Almost didn’t want to share this one but it is to good to keep a secret! Canna is a beach club with multi tiered pools, amazing food, great pricing but most of all the best beach activities! The canna team have created a sectioned off pool in the crystal clear ocean for those who want to swim in the sea, they have paddle boards and canoes for rent as well as some great beach games like soccer and volley ball! Canna is a day out for kids of all ages.

Passports

Make sure you check that every family member has a passport with atleast 6months validity on it from the day you enter Bali – there is no flexibility here so make sure you check in advance

Visas

We do suggest doing your Visas in advance for the entire family.

You all want a B1 Tourist Visa and you can do them here - The Official eVisa website for Indonesia (imigrasi.go.id)

Every passport needs a visa, no matter the age, so yes your 12 week old baby needs a visa.

You can get them at the airport from the Visa on Arrival desk, but when you are carrying tired children and bags make this step quicker and have them pre purchased.

Each visa will cost you around IDR 500,000 ($50aud) if you are getting charged more than that you are on the wrong website!

Tourist Levy

AKA Lova Bali Tax this can be done online prior to arrival or at the airport, again we suggest you do it from the comfort of your couch and have them done before you arrive in Bali

Tax can be paid here - Welcome to Bali, the Island of Gods - Love Bali (baliprov.go.id) and is 150k ($15aud) per family member and yes again every family member needs one.

Electronic Customs Declaration

Highly (highly) recommend doing this one before you leave for Bali and you can find the link here Official Website Direktorat Jenderal Bea dan Cukai (beacukai.go.id) – this is FREE, and it is one per family!

This can only be completed 72 hours prior to your flight.You need this to get out of Bali airport after you collect your luggage. Doing it in advance will produce a QR code, screen shot this code and have it ready to show customs.

SSHP HEALTH PASS SCREENING - FREE

This will need to be completed for every member of your family and once completed it will also give you a QKR code. Make sure you keep this code handy ready to show on arrival.
